After
an afternoon with lots of cold beer and hot evening sun,
the gang was feeling hungry and we went searching for some
seafood dinner. We found a wonderful BBQ seafood warung
by the seaside in Salang and would really patronise again.
To be frank, it was my first BBQ seafood dinner. Real fresh
seafood on a BBQ pit filled with hot exciting charcoal.
The Ikan Bakar meals we had in Singapore are usually cooked
over a gas stove and so technically not BBQ style.
After
dinner, all of us (except my ex) went into a drinking session
again as we had 2 cartons of Heineken in a cold ice-box
(brought it from home). We talked about life and stuff,
topics that won't matter much to other people outside our
chalet. I can say it was relaxing but we were all quite
tired. The weather was cooling (unlike the bloody hot and
stuffy afternoon).
Had
a good night sleep and woke up around 10am, followed by
a Heineken in my favourite Tiger Beer shirt and everybody
was staring at me. We did Roti Pratas with Pisang for breakfast
(Malay style Banana Pancakes) and it wasn't that nice (this
explains why I didn't take a picture). Went for a swim at
the nearby beach and played with a sea cucumber.
The
fishes thought that my hairy legs were sea plants and they
tried to nibble it. It was fun. Opps..
